About Kacie
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can slow down, be honest, and feel genuinely understood—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and practical tools that support real, lasting change.
I work primarily with adults and teens who are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, past experiences, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. Together, we focus on building insight, developing healthier coping skills, and creating a steadier sense of confidence and balance.
My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and personalized. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I tailor our work to your unique experiences, goals, and pace. Therapy with me is active and supportive, we’ll explore patterns, practice skills you can use outside of sessions, and regularly check in to make sure our work feels helpful and aligned with what you want.
Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered. Whether you’re seeking support for a specific concern or looking for personal growth, you don’t have to do it alone.
